OUR SERVICES

  • We will work with you and your IT department from start to finish to get Scanbuddy running! We can also provide advice on hardware purchasing. This package includes unlimited email support for 30 days after successful installation. 

  • A member of our team will travel to your site to get Scanbuddy set up. They will also provide a group training for your team which includes how to best use Scanbuddy, debugging Scanbuddy, and common scan acquisition pitfalls to avoid. This package includes unlimited email support for 30 days after successful installation.

  • A designated member of the Scanbuddy team is available for email and Zoom support from 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday for up to 10 hours each month.
